What on earth is this cache file? I spotted this in cleanapp. It says dbCache.dat and has a icon like, a roll of studio film with cutters next to it. Can I delete this?

206 MB isn't really that big. Considering Safari 4 keeps a small stack of site previews up to 6 gigs on any regular surfers computer.

Google Earth's cache likely holds satellite imagery that's been used recently. Cache of any kind is another word for temporary data storage and can usually be deleted without consequence.

I just deleted the safari cache, over 2 thousand items! I will delete the google earth cache and see what happens. Thanks.
