Screenflow. Much better than iShowU (or even HD/HD Pro). Has built-in editor to add effects like zoom on the current window or cursor, etc.

Theres also iShowU (has optional HD or HD Pro versions)

Snapz Pro X

I've used both Screenium and Screenflow. They both work great, so either one would be good.
