Here is the problem I have been having, the videos I had where in .mp4 format and they were added to itunes without any troubles but when I synced my ipod they were not added since they could not be played. I decided to convert them from .mp4 to .m4v using quicktime pro but no luck, I only got sound with a white screen. I decided to use Toast Titanium 9 to converted but I found out they would not play either what can I do so I can make them play on my ipod classic?

thank you
