I've always browsed MacRumors Forums, a lot of helpful stuff here, never had to post before though.

    Here's my question:
Is there a way to view your Synced iPhone files?
Every once and a while I'll sync to a new iPhone name, so when I restore to an old sync it gives me the option to recover files I might have accidentally deleted or regret deleting on my phone.

Instead of having to fully restore and sync, I'm wondering if there is way to view what I've synced on my MacBookPro (OSx 10.2.7).

Thanks, you guys help out a lot.

Yes, using an app called iPhone backup extractor. (Assuming you haven't encrypted your backups)

    http://www.iphonebackupextractor.com/

You can use this app to extract specific files from backups and manually add them to your device (which can be done through another app called iPhone explorer).

Thanks a lot! I've heard of this before, wasn't interested at the time though.
