I just ripped a home movie using Mac the Ripper, but now I want to view and possibly edit it.
What video player can I use to view it. I tried Qt, Dvix, Real, Wmv, Miro, and even iMovie and iMovie HD and I get the same message about not being the right type of video format.
All the help is useful and appreciated!!!

The VLC Media Player is for windows, but we're here on macrumors, you know. :D

To the OP, you can use Apple's standard DVD Player. Open the programm and press CMD-O to open the ripped file. It's that easy. :)

You can also rip the Mac-The-Ripper file with Handbrake and then edit with iMovie.
