the macbook's powercord got unplugged and it shut down. after it was turned on again, when documents is clicked on in Finder the message "The Volume for Documents Cannot be Found" appears. Music and photos still work though. Almost all applications are also gone. Spotlight gets a few documents, but not most of them. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks

Now that's weird! I'd open a terminal and type ls -la, hit enter, and see what shows up. Then cd into the Documents folder and do the same. I ran my MBP all the way down intentionally for the battery calibration, but nothing remotely as weird as this happened.
