Wallpaper Bugs on 16.1

Hi i just found a bug with my 14 pro on 16.1
I don’t know if this only happened to me or anyone else.
Basically i set my phone wallpapers both lockscreen and homesreen to weather wallpaper, and also auto light&dark appearance depending on the time of the day.
The lockscreen is working as it should
“Bright weather wallpaper “in the morning/afternoon, and dark on the evening
But the homescreen is not changing from light to dark automatically.
Only after restarting the phone then the homescreen wallpaper adjusted to the correct setting.

Is this only me ?
Or everyone else the same ?

I have an iPhone 12 pro max and 16.1 keeps obliterating or removing my wallpaper and going to
Dark mode

I’m having exactly the same problem with my 12 Pro Max, I’ve tried switching off a lot of the auto settings for the display and it’s made no difference. Switch off and back on and it’s back to how it should be. I did think it was CarPlay that was causing it but I’ve ruled that out….

Yeah, that was the only way I could get my wallpaper back was to shut the phone all the way off.
Is this a feature or a bug ha ha ha

i confirm the bugs is there
Not only on my 14 pro
I tried in my 12 pro and 13 promax
All running 16.1 and all have same problem

I'm having the same problem with my 14 Plus running 16.1. It removes my wallpaper, goes to dark mode and I can't switch to another wallpaper. I have to restart the phone then the wallpaper comes back. It's happened 3 times in the past 24 hours.
