Doesn't the Gmail notifier app look butt-ugly now in the new transparent top bar in Leopard? Well I've changed mine to try to fit in with other icons up there - the red is just horrible now.

If anyone wants the new look icon I've attached it here, along with a look of how it sits on the bar, it took me all of five mins in Photoshop, so if anyone can do a better job feel free!

To install, just download the error.png and unread.png files. Quit your notifier app. Then find the Google Notifier in Applications, ctrl+click and click Show Package Contents –> Contents -> Resources

Make a copy of error.png and unread.png files, then copy the new ones into there overwriting the old ones. All being well it should look ok on the top bar! I'm sure Google will be onto this during the week.

I know they're not perfect, but as a rush job it looks good enough on my Mac!
