iOS Webpage or eBook App?

Just curious,

I am developing a recipe app and want to know what route would be best.

I was thinking if possible of having the recipes written in HTML files and then have the app display them - can I do this (I mean, have the HTML file embedded into the app so people would not need 3G or WiFi).

Or

Is it better to create multiple views with each recipe on one?

OR

Is there a better way to go about this. I am learning and would just like to know what path to research on.
