Website not running on mac without VPN.. any solution?

Hi, I can't access the site opticor.org when I'm plainly using my MAC and using my internet connection. However, if I use a VPN, it worked. I want it to run without needing a VPN. Any solution? If I use windows or android the site works fine with my internet connection. Thanks!

Have you checked your network settings to make sure your DNS is looking at your ISP or router.
Is your search domain set using your ISP ?
Also, make sure your iPv4 is set to "USING DHCP". And if needed, renew the DHCP lease.

Their DNS settings are not propagated or not properly set. Half of the world will not resolve this address

I tried using iPv6 and it worked. Any downside to this?

Just did it on my late 2018 Mac Mini via Brave, and running the latest version of Catalina, OS 10.15.3.
