ty, and u think he'll find a week 38 on ebay? cause i was just looking and it doesnt say the serial on any of em.
 
you should probably wait, ebay would be a bad place to go shopping right now since Im guessing it will be flooded with people getting rid of the 36 and 37's

just my opinion,
any thoughts?
 
uggh thats wut i was thinking, guess u rite, this stinks so much for me, i wanted the touch asap, but my parents keep saying "no, we'll get it cheaper on ebay from your uncle".

um, i would say not now you wont. You will get it for cost. I would also argue that with all the bad models and sound problems and screen problems going around ebay is the last place i would buy one since you cant return it. Thats actually solid advice. If you want I will talk to your parents for you

Why would you pay a premium for an iPod on ebay that may come with a bad screen (That is non-returnable) when they are fairly easy to get in stores...

Just order it online at www.apple.com
 
that would be for people who dont have an apple store near them, and cant find them in best buy
