I am about to do a clean install of Lion and I just wanted to make sure of all the things I need to backup. Obviously photos, music and videos I will back up. I need to back up Mail's smartfolders, Rules, flags, etc. *Are there any other obvious things I need to back up that I'm forgetting.*

    ----------

Does anyone know how to back-up email so it keeps all the different color flags

    ~/Library

It's hidden but contains some important things.

Don't you have a time machine backup? That should just about cover everything, literately.
