What are the actual costs of a 3G Iphone Family Plan? Will Premier discount work?

can anyone answer my questions?

1) I have a individual AT&T plan with Premier discounts (15%) with a regular cell
Would I be able to add a iphone 2nd line to this plan and still get the discount. How much would that cost?

2) What are the actual estimated costs for a single iphone plan and a 2 iphone family talk plan? I know that its $69.99 for single and $129.99, but how much would estimate taxes, fees and surcharges costs be? I live in NYC

2-My current bill has been $70 and change for the $60 current iphone plan; that's about $10 in taxes/fees...
