If Trump wins I don’t think the world will end. However, I think it might under the many horrifying clowns that will be deemed acceptable given the precedent he set. Political parties gave up on the greater good of the people a long time ago. They just want somebody who can win.

Or do you think the failed experiment will create a longing for the former status quo? Hell, maybe that’s been the diabolical plan this whole time.

After a Trump win, the Earth starts spinning the opposite direction.

It was either 2 or 3. Defiantly not 1.

After a Trump win, the GOP wakes up and realizes they elected an immoral Democrat philanderer worse than Bill Clinton.

I’m pretty sure that’s a key component of Trump’s plan to bring jobs back to the US.

The first thing will happen is all those people promising that they would move out of the country will not in fact move out of the country. As we saw with the second Bush election and Obama's election.

But I agree with samcraig. Not going to happen.

OTOH, I predicted Trump would not get the votes for nomination, and he did. When it was clear he had the votes, I predicted (privately to myself) that the Republican establishment would find a way to nominate someone else, but they didn't. So my track record for predicting Trump failures is 0/2 so far.

What's a good name you can suggest? I'm not good at coming up with names.

The only one I can think of is Republican Party changes to "Vagina Grabbers".

    Yes to both.

Spinning the Earth to reverse time was the ending to both Superman AND Superman II, the Richard Donner Cut. (But not the theatrical cut of Superman II... which might be a source of the confusion.)

BTW if you are a Superman fan, you should watch the Richard Donner cut. It is significantly different and mostly better than the theatrical cut. (I say mostly better because using the same ending as the first movie is obviously problematic.)

If you are are very big geek, you will know that it also happens in Superman 2 (2006) Richard Donner cut.

9 minutes too late, the Donner cut is a better production

I see your geek card and raise you:

It was originally going to be the end of Superman II, which was being filmed concurrently. For a variety of production reasons, director Richard Donner and writer Tom Mankiewicz made it into the end of the first movie, aware they'd have to come up with a new ending for the second one later. They wound up not being involved with sorting out that ending because producers and notorious shysters Alexander & Ilya Salkind booted Donner from the project. As a result, Mankiewicz, Brando and possibly John Williams jumped ship as well.

The planned ending for Superman: The Movie was going to be a cliffhanger: the Kryptonian villains' were going to be released from the Phantom Zone by the explosion of the missile Superman diverts into space.

And no, I'm not a virgin.
But I'd argue the best cut is the "Hybrid Cut" fanedit by ADigitalMan. It's similar to the Donner Cut but also fixes the whole, "jeez, Superman, is turning back time your solution to every problem?"
