Both Pandora and iBooks have plus symbols to the left of where it says "Free". What does this mean? At first I thought it meant that it was apps that I currently have installed. But that can't be true because I have facebook app and that one doesn't show a plus symbol.

I may be mistaken, but I believe it means that it's an app that works on both iPhone AND iPad.

I thought it was for apps that had in-app purchases available. (books for iBooks, the premium subscription for Pandora)
