"For proper maintenance of a lithium-based battery, it’s important to keep the electrons in it moving occasionally. Apple does not recommend leaving your portable plugged in all the time. "

Does it mean "you should use your battery more", or just tell us to do "Battery Calibration"?

It means you shouldn't run plugged in all the time. Every few days you should unplug and run on battery power for a few hours, to keep the battery exercised. The built-in batteries in the newer Mac unibody notebooks come pre-calibrated and do not require regular calibration like the removable batteries.

it means to unplug from the wall and use the battery, if its always pluged in and 2 years from now you descide to unplug for the first time ever your battery will not have a great battery life
