    Hi,

I want to backup a few of my rare DVDs that I have. I used RipIt to rip the DVD and now I have a folder with VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS in it. What freeware can I use to burn these to a DVDR so that it plays in any DVD player? I tried DVDRemaster too and I'm having the same issue. The file size is small enough to fit on a single layer DVDR.

thanks, that's my favorite burning software. I burned it under DATA->DVD (UDF) and it didn't play in my standalone, but did play on the Mac.

Can you burn it as a video dvd instead of data?

Google for LiquidCD . I'm sure you need to create an AUDIO_TS folder for it to play on Standalone players. Burn doesn't do this.

If you've already got the video_ts and audio_ts folders then you can just use a burn folder too (just right click on desktop and make a "new burn folder"). It has worked for me in the past anyway.
