What games that are PS2, GCN, Xbox or PC games do you wish you could get for your mac?
- All Need for Speed games.
- Richard Burns Rally.
- DTM Racer Driver 2.
- F1 2005.
- Half Life 2.
Half Life 2
Not that I own a Mac capable of running it.
Halo 2 should have been called Halo 1.5.
Knights of the old republic 2.
Star Trek Online whenever it comes out.
Age of Empires III in tandom with the PC version.
Falcon4 Allied Force...
all of the grand theft auto's
More flight simulators.
definitly more flight sims...Flight Simulator equivalent.
Virtual Skipper 3.
God of War!
Knights of the Old Republic 2
Chalk another up for the Half Life series. I'm hopeing to be able to play these on a x86 Mac in the near future.
And yes I have played both on the PC. I don't care I don't want two computers I want one.
Unless they are two Macs.
Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising and Escalation or Battlefield 2.
Star Trek Online
Halo2 for sure!
Wouldn't mind seeing that new Resident Evil game that came on out the GameCube a few months back. It was awesome!! (no.4 ??). I'd like some real arcade racers like NFS and Ridge Racer, but hey..
But really hoping that Quake4 makes it to the Mac. (intel mac version only?)
Battlefield 2. It makes me aroused just thinking of the silky smooth water effects and driving the dune buggy around... in the demo!
Final Fantasy XI.
Come on, we've got World of Warcraft but Square-Enix won't port Final Fantasy XI to OSX...
If it were to get ported, i'd finally be able to get rid of my PC (which is used only for FFXI) and get myself a Dual 2.3Ghz Power Mac...
dang! i forgot about that one!!! BF2 deffinetly. Looks amazing and i love BF1942. Brilliant game with some awesome mods
Madden, NHL, NCAA, etc.
roller coaster tycoon 3 the only thing that windows has that i want
Yeah, about that...
Don't know if you guys heard, but...I'm usually the bearer of bad news around here anymore, sooo...
EA games took a dump, and called it 'Battlefield 2'.
Ok, the game is 'Desert Combat'. Only, it costs money.
If you have BF1942? Download Desert Combat. Same game. Same people made it. Only, it's less buggy / free.
Ok, 'buggy'? Yes. The 1.01 patch that EA just released - completely 'f-words' the game to the point where it's unplayable. There are memory leaks, all kinds of server browser problems, etc.
What EA did is - they had DICE fire 'Trauma Studios' (the guys that made DC / BF2) immediately after work had finished on Battlefield 2.
So, the DICE guys go on vacation for the summer, after slaving away for EA - and EA writes a patch, on their own, without the game's programmers present - and it now makes your $54 investment useless.
In sum, please, don't support EA. Ever.
That is all.
As for games I'd like to see on my macs? How about 'Game: The Game'? Or 'Any Game II: I'll Take Anything'?
C'mon? How cool is that game?! And it's free online play!!
City of Super Heroes and... City of Villains. --Haven't played either, but they sound so cool.
Another vote for Half Life 2
