I sent in my trade in to Apple yesterday. What happens if I want to return the 14 pro and get the 14 pro max; do I still get the trade in credit? They have not received the trade in as of yet and is in the shipping process. How does the trade in credit work

I am going through this right now for the iUP program. I returned/exchanged my 14 Pro that I had traded in my iPhone 13 Pro for on the IUP. They cancelled my trade in and are shipping me the phone back. It’s been a nightmare because I purchased another 14 Pro on the IUp but because the trade in wasn’t correctly linked, it’s not being counted as it was returned.
My advice is wait until they fully accept your trade in and you get the money then you can do whatever with your current phone.

Yea the issue is I have until friday to return the 14 pro so not sure if they'll receive and inspect it fully by then
