What happens to your pre order if you update your payment details?

I asked an Apple rep and was told it will not affect your shipping date

 

I would actually agree - my bank declined my iphone 5 payment and it went back to processing status. I got the bank to lift the block, and it went through and received on the first window shipping date .

 

I have paid at 15:18. It began at 15:05 in China. However, my order still shows not paying now at 18:19.

I contacted apple's customer service. He told me that the order should update within 24 hours.

I was worried about getting my apple watch late as the order showed me not paying. He told me I did not need to worry. The shipping date is highly estimated. The final shipping date will be changed near the April 24.

Further more, if the preorder number is huge, it is very likely that Apple will ask the factory to produce more.
