What is the speed differences between 512GB SSD, 1 TB, and 2 TB in iMac 2017 i7?

    What is the speed and write in iMac SSD's 512GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB?

    Disk speeds between drives are marginal at best. In the past, smaller capacity drives were usually slower than higher capacity drives. Modern SSDs are more consistent in this aspect, regardless of capacity.

    Don't worry about any, or even if any noticeable differences,

    More important go on the size you need.

    512gb and higher SSDs are negligible. Newer SSDs generally don’t have the speed differential they once had either.

    Probably nothing that will ever be noticeable to the vast majority of users in regular day-to-day usage.
