I know this has done before, but there's no active topic. I'm curious and have a bad memory so I figured I would ask again.

I believe the great Space Donkey was having sex with Mars hundreds of millions of years ago, and a piece of his sperm flew to a nearby asteroid and impregnated it, creating what is now the Earth.

Before this thread gets any longer, you need to add a major new religion to your poll.
Yojitani, you beat me to it!

Only 25% of people here are followers of christine. I would have thought it much higher.

I noticed my mistake, but I can't change the poll options :D I also found it curious that it made it italic, whereas no of the other options are in italics.

You have to take into consideration where the poll is posted and who reads these forums.

In this regard, I am surprised that Christianity is as high as it is.

It italicizes the choice you made upon voting.

So I guess you've got a thing for anthropomorphic 1958 Plymouth Furys?

    Indeed.

One thing surprises me though, and that is there are very few Jewish folk voting. It seems to me there are quite a few people who say they are Jewish, but apparently, they haven't found this thread yet...

Can you (royal 'you') be ethnically Jewish? This is a tough question in my opinion. One of my parents was raised Jewish etc. but is agnostic, eats pork, and hasn't been to synagogue for 50 years. Jewish? Am I an ethnic Jew? I did passovers, but no bar mitzvah. I had a Jewish grandmother! But, I found that Jews are quite different depending on where they grew up. That makes the category 'ethnic' kind of difficult... anyway, if you are an ethnic Jew, if there is such a thing, then you could be an atheist and Jewish, just not religiously Jewish.

How dare you leave out Jedi! :D

Seriously though, Pagan, though it mixes well with my Indian tribe and Christianity, so I'm stuck.

Atheism isn't a faith or religion, it is the rejection of faith and religion.

No it isn't. It's neither. Atheism is an absence of religious belief.

I am an atheist. I don't reject others' faiths, I accept them as valid expressions of the human condition, I do not believe them as I base my perspectives on the facts at hand, none of which point towards truth in any religion.
