According to this site, step 19, it's a T6 torx.

thank you for replay,

but this not the part I want to dismantle,

please, take a look to a picture,

the screw I asked is directly attached to HDD, not to the plastic rail,

I attache one more picture,

Go through the dis-assembly steps in the link I gave you and find the exact step you're looking for. iFixIt is great with the details - what tools, what processes and what "gotchas" at every step of the process...

Step 33 shows removing/inserting screws from/into the side of the hard drive... and, according to the guide, it's a ... (wait for it) ... T6.

The cap screws in the side of the hard drive are T-8.
If you need to purchase a T-8, then also get a T-6.
You will use both on your mini.

I think the OP is replacing a single hard drive, from the more common 'top' position. Much easier to remove, and the side screws are, in fact, T-8
...compare with iFixit Guide, step 29

Looking at OPs picture again, that appears to be the much more challenging bottom drive,
But, looks like someone just put the wrong screw in place. You're right, should be a T-6. But, the pictured screw is not that small - so T-8.
Anyway, you use the tool that works, eh?

I started "Mac Mini Late 2012 Hard Drive Replacement" guide,

but when I came to HDD and I was surprised, that I can't just "Pull the hard drive away",

it looks that Apple installed the HDD in the bottom of aluminium case,

so in my case, I must follow "Installing Mac Mini Late 2012 Dual Hard Drive Kit", although I don't want to install a second HDD,

on the other hand, it can be a screw from "Mac Mini Late 2014 Hard Drive Replacement" step 33 - T9

so today I'm going to order T-screws set, which contains T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9, T10, T15, in case I come across to another step different that is mentioned in guide,

thanks for attention and help,

best regards
