13 Mini if you like the form factor, unless you want to downgrade to an SE.
In iPhones, I don't think you have any other choices.

I have an "old' 12 PM. I hold on to it because it works and works well. Why would I change if it does what I need. I do have my truly old work 6 iphone that forwards all work and texts to my personal 12PM.

What is the reason you feel the need to update your phone?

iPhone 13 mini, simple. Some reasonable improvements to cameras, better battery life and smaller notch, all in the same small body.

13 mini. That’s what I did. Now I use a iPhone 13 Pro.

I own a 12 mini, and will eventually replace the battery so I can use it for another two or three years. I'm still routinely getting 30 hours per charge, and sometimes up to 40.

Seriously, an highly sophisticated tech device less than 3 years old being called "old"...
