According to Apple's website the music service Offers all off iTunes library but if you check the website of the Verge it's says you only have access to 30,000,000 songs which one is it....?
I dont mind smaller exeptions like the beatles but 13.000.000 songs is a big difference.

It's a promotional term. Considering Apple music is available in more than 100 countries, there's bound to be some tracks not available in select regions.

So my guess is no, you won't get the entire iTunes store collection.

Best thing about Apple, things always come eventually. So though we might not get the entire catalogue, I can see them adding many more overtime.

Meaning eventually there will be no songs that aren't available to stream (in theory)
