So I pre-ordered the iPhone 5 and wont be needing my 4/4S cases. What is the best way to make some money off of them? I've already sold my phone to Gazelle so it would be pointless to include them with the phone sale. Any suggestions?

Sell it to people you know, works great if you're in a college. I sold most of my cases around 5$ a case after i sold mine in May.

I am thinking there will be a very limited market for them. Most of these things can be bought for $10 +/- in ebay, Amazon, mall, etc. Used? Even less.
