I think it's a TV channel.
I know this, you know this, but somebody needs to tell Scalia.
Well there's your trouble.
You ought to know that you can't tell Scalia anything.
Ask you average person on a the street about Dred Scott v. Sandford, and they won't know, but everyone on SCOTUS certainly would...maybe not Ginsburg...
Although I knew that the Supreme Court was pretty far behind, the article was still alarming to me. Sure, they have other things to do than read Mac Rumors, but, alarming socially. Don't they have family and friends who work for a living, some of whom work for companies that have company policies leading to separate personal and work cell-phones?
Don't they ever visit relatives who watch movies on Netflix? The
Supreme Court is itself kind of a cloistered work environment, but, one does expect the Justices to interact with family and friends enough to have some idea of what is going on out here.
Scalia has no clue about cable TV. I'll bet he thinks Fox News and CNN are actual news channels.
"A digital watch?"
LMAO .... he sure knew about the deluxe.
Maybe he is a cord cutter?
Or maybe these dudes and dudettes in dresses are so far removed from reality, they don't understand many of the issues they rule on, much like our Congress and some laws.
News flash, hbo has been around for about thirty years. Old people have been watching since before you were born
Which just proves how old and out of touch some justices are?
It's not alarming that the Justices aren't intimately familiar with every industry that they rule over. However, its concerning that they don't seem to even grasp a basic understanding of this one. Most elderly people don't even take technology that seriously. Their misinformed rulings could have serious consequences.
