What's the best way to download an app not yet available in the US?

I'd like to download an app available in certain European countries, but not [yet] available here in the US. Is there a best/easiest way to download the app (https://apps.apple.com/app/supersapiens/id1527850516)?

Change the App Store region to European country, you need credit or debit card from that country to authenticate.

No, Its just for activation of new region for the app store, they may charge $1 for verification & reverse this money.

If you have apple music or icloud subscription on it will ask you to deactivate before switching countries, so for region locked apps I just use an alternate apple ID set to that country and switch back to main apple ID after downloading.

Make another free Apple ID from that country, download the App and switch back to your main account. Note: you do not have to log out of ICLOUD. You just need to switch store. I do that all the time since I have a German and US appleID for as long as I can remember. Be aware that it will wipe your offline Playlists on Apple Music, in case you are using this (I use Spotify)

I added another Apple ID but it automatically placed me in the US and don't see a way of changing the country. Ach...
