Currently the iphone 5 only supports a single 4g band....
i wish it would support the new band wich my country the netherland uses....

whats the chance of the iphone 5s supporting all the 4g bands? 800 and 1800?

anyone have rumors about this or info?

thanks!

I think it's highly likely the 5S will support the 800MHz frequency. Most European carriers use it, and the iPhone 5 is thus almost useless for 4G in Europe.

iPhone 5 works with 1800 Mhz, and 5s will most likely work on both 1800 Mhz and 800 Mhz (and a few more).

This is the same in the UK, EE are the only ones using a supported frequency.

Three, O2 and Vodafone have all bought parts of the 800 or 2.6ghz spectrum so If there is enough demand no doubt it will be in the iPhone, wether that will be present in the 5s, Only Apple knows.

If so many countries have 4g on 800mhz alot people who like 4g are skipping apple this year then...seems logical if apple supports the 800mhz band in iphone 5s...but still i fear..apple's always different.
