Like Come On Microsoft dont be a b***** about microsoft pride! i mean apple shares their software with you (itunes, quicktime, safari, etc etc) and their products too (ipods and iphone) but why wont you give back?!?!?!
i like the zunes and they are pretty nice to have, big screen big hard drive, pretty good size, i guess.. i would love to get one but i cant cuz i have a mac. its kinda not fair how apple shares but microsoft doesnt..

any updates on when you guys might think microsoft will ever release a zune comaptible software for macs?

I'm thinking the reluctance on this scenario likely would go both ways. Maybe even more so from the Apple side of things.

JUST LEAVE NOW and save what little dignity you have left.

Apple HAS to support Windows users. If the iPod/iPhone only worked with Macs, Apple wouldn't be the dominant mp3 player manufacturer it is today.

well thats not nice.. then apple should stop releasing software for windows user! ha now i can see utter chaos happening!

First, a disclaimer: While I am a Microsoft employee, I'm not on the Zune team, which means that I don't know what their plans are or what they're working on.

That said ... the best way to be heard is to tell the Zune team directly. Check out the Zune forums -- in fact, there's already a relevant thread there. Posting there means that it gets directly into the Zune team's hands, which means that this kind of feedback gets measured and all of the other things that big corporate teams like to do. Measurable feedback is more likely to be acted upon. I can't guarantee it (again, not a member of the Zune team, so I have no idea what they're up to), but that's the best way to get your voice heard and have a chance of it happening.

Regards,
Nadyne.

Thanks for the small glimmer of hope.
