Where can i get a refurb Titanium?

I am looking for a refurb Titanium 867mhz with the ATI 9000 64 video card. And with that rumor of a 15.4 screen size i wonder if the card will go to a 128 video card like that in the new PowerMacs. Oh yeah anyone who is willing to make a purchase of a mac from toshibalaptops.com go at your own risk they sux... I bought a PowerBook G3 300 and the system profile says its a 400mhz and the case says 300mhz and norton says its a 292mhz. when ibought it the sound card was all fragged and had to be shiped back to them which took a month for them to fix!

well, i'm not sure about an 867, but apple's selling refurbed 667, 800, and 1 ghz powerbooks.
