    Anyone notice this?

The current macbook pro gives us pro level graphics for 5 hours. Now we can only use the pro level graphics for 4 hours.

The current macbook gets 4.5 hours. Now it gets a 30 minute life boost (assuming it's all the same), but the macbook pro loses an hour of battery life. What gives?

Guess it depends on what you mean by "pro graphics". If it is playing a game, I think people will trade battery life, since they'll be plugged in.

I just find it annoying that lower battery life is spun as a feature now.

I dont think its a feature but it will draw more power so it will lower the battery level faster.

It's a 5000 mAh. No longer a 5500mAH. I'm sure there will be a "feature" where you can pay more if you want an extra 500 mAh.
