where to trade/sell working imperfect iPhones?

I have an iPhone 4S, cracked back glass works fine(Sprint).
and Iphone 4 AT&T works fine with black dot issues on the screen.
I'd like to end up with $300 for iPhone 6 5.5" out of the deal.
