    Howdy folks,

Decision taken to finally upgrade our aged G3 with one of the shiny new imacs.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to buy one in the UK? Prices seem to be similar, so I'm looking for the holy grail of good service too!

So far, aside from the official Mac store, I've looked at John Lewis - they offer a 2 year guarantee as standard which seems like a good deal.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

Although the two-year warranty is great, if you want to upgrade to three years, John Lewis charges £170 - whereas iMac AppleCare, which would give you three years cover, is £136. So if you're happy with just two years, John Lewis is fine.

I've found John Lewis great to buy from - as were GHC and Jigsaw.
