Which A.I. image generator service can I use to create a photo of my dad hanging out with Trump and Biden?

I want to create an A.I. image of my dad and want him hanging out with Trump and Biden.

I don’t think ChatGPT can do this since it doesn’t like to put famous people into images. Nor do I think it would attach a photo of my dad since it probably goes against their T&C.

I dont know if mid journey is the answer.

Any guidance is appreciated.
