Which app is best for monitoring temperature trends then?

    So, which app can I use to monitor the temperature trend over a number of hours?

    ideally graph it.

    I already run iStatMenus but it doesn't keep/show a trend only current.

    I use Hardware Monitor. It can measure any and all sensors, and provide graphs for each.

    Same here. Very nice for free. I kinda wish there was an external device or panel on the case to show some of this stuff, especially temperatures. When I'm playing World of Warcraft, I get a little concerned about how hot the CPU is because I've seen it hit 180 while running HandBrake.

    install this fan app, i crank up the fans to 6000RPM when i'm playing a game or converting videos
