which iPhones / iPads can be downgraded to iOS14

is there a list of newer iPhones, iPads, iPad Pros, which can be downgraded to iOS 14?
At least as supervised device?

No devices can be downgraded to iOS 14 since Apple is no longer signing off the IPSW installation. In fact only 15.2 and the 15.3 beta are installable.
