Which one shows scratches more? Space Black or standard Stainless Steel?

    can't make up my mind so I ordered both. I think I prefer the space black but worry scratches on it would be more visible. would really appreciate some advice. thanks!

    If the black Series 2 is still DLC then it will be much more resistant to scratches. But if you do scratch it then the silver metal below may become visible.

    The silver SS will scratch much easier but they can be polished out using the Cape Cod polishing cloths. Check out the videos on YouTube and this thread: http://forums.macrumors.com/posts/23483254/

    You're welcome. I had a hard time deciding until I saw the polishing tread and videos. Then I decided to go silver SS.

    SS = easier to scratch, but much easier to buff and make like-new again.

    DLC black = harder to scratch (maybe), but impossible to make like-new again. Maybe a Sharpie can help.
