How did you order it?
Online? Through Apple Store or a Carrier?

You need to go back to the source where it was ordered along with your confirmation or order number.

Some times orders get canceled for credit, address, upgrade issues.

Ok that explains everything

In another thread

AT&T warehouse is slowly releasing product in batches as they receive it.

I hope your status changes soon.

General rule of thumb if Apple makes the product try and get it directly from Apple.

AT&T status varies between shipped and limbo, cannot get them to commit to anything.

read the active thread about shipping phones. Lots of people there can give you lots of info.

(vs. starting a brand new message thread).

Also, when posting, try to be more descriptive in your title.
