Who do you think, or would you like to see as the Vice Presidential candidates?

For Trump I think a wise more would be to pick a woman, like Nikki Haley of South Carolina. If he doesn't pick a woman, then Jim Demint of The Heritage Foundation. Realizing both these candidates come from South Carolina, a state the Republicans are going to win anyway, I doubt my predictions will come to pass.

For Clinton, I'm not going to pretend I'm going to vote for her, no matter who she picks, but would like to know who other may think likely, or hope for.

Clinton would never pick someone smarter than her, Donald would never pick someone cooler or crazier than him.

Susanna Martinez for Trump because she's a Hispanic woman from New Mexico.

Tim Kaine as Hillary's VP for the sake of Virginia.

As for who I'd like, there is no Trump or Clinton VP pick that would make me vote for them. I would choose Bernie and any progressive as VP pick.

Well Martinez seems to be the odds on favorite, she's from a swing state, the only thing that seems to hurt her is:

Kaine's only downside seems to be that he's not African-American or Hispanic. I'm not sure the Democrats want to field an all white ticket.

I'm thinking Martinez won't be his VP pick.

Trump will pick Newt. Sheldon Addison bought that **** for his boy 2 weeks ago.

Why would you announce that you would vote for Trump over Hillary? That's embarrassing for you. You are admitting to being on the side of his racist, uneducated supporters (have you looked at the tattooed covered hillbillies at his rallies)? You just announced on the Internet that you would vote for a reality show celebrity who never held elected office. How awkward for you. Aren't you ashamed? Seriously, how can you admit that on a public forum? It would be like saying Sarah Palin is a good candidate. Seriously? Tell me how you are not ashamed about Trump. He makes outrageous comical statements, has practically a porno star for a wife and has no experience in civic or public affairs.

The whole thing looks and feels like a comedy show. How does anyone who went to school past the 6th grade think he's a viable candidate? (I don't want to hear about his opponent -- I'm talking just Trump). Its ludicrous.

Good point, Martinez must have already turned him down, so he hit her where it hurts, right in the old jobs numbers.

New Mexico with it's 5 electoral votes won't swing this election anyway, it's going to take a few states like MI, NJ, VA, NC, PA, OH to swing it for the Republicans, and that's assuming they win FL.

I am a Hillbilly with tattoos and I made it all the way to 8th grade, thank you.

Luckily this is America and my vote count just as much as yours does.

I agree with your entire post except the tattoo part. Tattoos are by no means just the mark of a hillbilly. I know plenty of Democrats/liberals covered in tattoos. I know tatted lawyers and doctors. I find tatted up men to be incredibly sexy. Let's not be ig'nant.

Trump: VP should be Palin or Hulk Hogan

    Clinton: VP should be Warren

Okay, make that ugly, bad tattoos, that were done in prison, and not by a proper artist.

It would be hard for Trump to find someone who is not cooler than him. But finding someone less crazy pretty much opens half the population.

Having grown up in Tennessee, and later having a hillbilly roommate from Florida, I can easily say that Hillbilly is one of the top categories of people I no longer associate with.

I'm not sure either can pick a VP that will make them palatable. Trump needs to pick an establishment politician and HRC needs to pick a progressive so they can appeal to the folks that they've spent the last 6 months pissing off

That's kind of vague, I've know good people and bad people of all sorts. It's like me saying I don't associate with crossdressers, catchers, and just general left coast pole smokers, so they must all be bad people, and somehow inferior to me.

By the way, we don't like being called "Hillbillies", we prefer the term "Appalachian-Americans";-)

Can a VP really influence the policy of a Type A president, or is this just pandering?

The VP doesn't really influence policy, but the are a political tool to getting elected, if you do it right.

I didn't just decide I didn't like them. I lived with them and worked with them, and their general personality just turned me off. If you've spent a lot of time with crossdressers and "pole smokers" and have decided that their personalities turn you off, then you are quite within your rights to not associate.

    Well, then don't say this:

Huh? Narcissism is excessive interest in oneself, particularly physical appearance. Where did I talk about my own physical appearance?

I guess more important than the VP is who they promise for the Supreme Court.

Kim Kardashian would be perfect with Trump. She has the same credentials. She is a rich reality show star, who has never held elected office. Yet she's a woman with ancestry in exotic Armenia.

How is Kardashian less qualified than Trump?

Now for those who support Trump and think that's weird or ludicrous -- maybe you should re-think Trump. How is Trump more qualified for office than Kim Kardashian - seriously? How? I want to know.

What makes a reality TV star less qualified than a career politician?

Career politicians have gotten us in the mess we are in now.

What were Andrew Jackson's qualifications for being appointed Major General of the US Army's 7th military district before the battle of New Orleans?

Putting down an "Indian" upraising is not the same as face off against the finest army in the world.

So you admit it - -you would vote for Kim Kardashian then. OMG! Now I know why you vote for Trump. Sad, very sad.
