    Who won?

As per the last one the voting starts half way through the debate so please don't vote yet. I'm going to ask a moderator to lock the poll until 7PM West Coast time.

I'm going to have to go with Ron Paul at this point.

Dear lord. The debate hasn't even started and 5/5 voters are already proclaiming that Obama won. Goes to show the fanatical following that he's gained. I mean if he really wins, vote away. But before it even starts, sheesh.

No surprise in this neck of the woods, though.

And how would you know that unless you've already voted?

Besides, if we're talking fanatical followers, you do realize the McCain camp actually had an AD out before the debate that he wasn't going to attend had begun declaring McCain the winner? :p

voting before hand doesnt mean fanaticism, it can be a prediction or just several immature members who decided to not play by the threads rules.

Guess I've never had a use for it then.

Any comments on the fanaticism behind releasing an ad declaring you the winner before the debate is held?

How about someone just starts a poll thread whenever they want voting to begin? We can't guarantee that a mod will be around to start things at the proper time.
