When I look at my HD I can see four Library Folders.
There is one on its own. It's size is 5.5Gig.
There is another inside the folder named System. It's size is 1.6Gig.
The third one is inside the folder named Users. It's size is 0.5Gig.
The fourth one can be seen when I click on the home folder, i.e. the one with the little house ico. It's size is 0.2Gig.

Does anyone know why there are four Library Folders and what the functions are of each one?

Home/Library is for user specific application stuff (e.g. your iWeb website), Macintosh HD/Library is for Application computer settings, and System/Library is for OS X computer settings.

Don't delete any of them ;).

Yeah...

Nor should you delete anything INSIDE the folders unless you ABSOLUTELY (I cannot stress that enough) know what you're doing.
