Why can I access site on PC, but not on iPad?

One of the main sites I visit my iPad will no longer go to. When I put in the address. It says "Untitled" atop the iPad address book and stops there. It does this on other sites too. I thought it was my U-Verse router being a jerk, but it's not.

Anyone???

Have you gone into settings > safari > reset cache/history/cookies ????
