My "cellular network data" usage on iphone shows higher than my actual carrier data usage. Any reason why?

Carrier data may not be updated in real time?

I have noticed mine is about twice as much as Verizon says that they show. I am hoping that 6.0.1 update from Apple will fix it.

Yeah, I waiting 12 hours for my Verizon to "catch up" and the numbers are still way off. Definitely a bug.

Your phone will report actual usage but your carrier will often round it up. so if you use 99k they will round it up to 100k. Do this enough and it makes a big difference.

It appears iOS is counting both Wi-Fi and Cellular Data right now.

Trust what your carrier is saying you use on this one.

    lol, dude c'mon.

My phone is showing 398mb and my carrier is showing 184mb.

I know Verizon fixed something on THEIR side with the 13.1 update, but apparently there's a bug on the phone end.
