I used to have an Apple Watch Ultra. I ended up giving it to my dad. I reset the Ultra and set it back up using his Apple ID. Calls and everything are routed to his phone number and iPhone. Yet, my iPhone has a notification from time to time asking me to move the Apple Watch to my phone. Why? How do I stop this notification? Did I make a mistake somewhere moving the Watch to my dad's account?

What is the exact message? Do you have a screenshot?
I can never get that screenshot on its own. Always lumped with other notifications that I don’t want to show the world. lol!

Here’s the exact message: Apple Watch App - Move your watch to this iPhone. Your Apple Watch is currently connected to a family member’s iPhone. Would you like to move it to this iPhone?
