iPod touch Why isn't my youtube working?

I go into the YouTube app, and when I try to search; it says Cannot connect to youtube. The strange part is if I go into the featured vids; it works. And playing the featured vids work.

My internet connection is fine :?

YouTube is still in the process of converting the videos to the H.264 video codec.

Sounds like your wireless could be having problems. I just had that happen to me. However I jsut went to the home screen and then back to youtube and everything was good.

I've tried everything though, including turning it off and on.
