The GOP is always complaining about handouts and entitlements so why do they willingly accept millions from the Koch brothers for elections. Doesn't this go against their beliefs.

If it's in food stamp increments then its a handout; when it gets enough 0's behind it it's an honorarium.

Do you feel the same way about liberal donors as well?

The liberals and progressives are always complaining about handouts and entitlements so why do they willingly accept millions from George Soros, Tom Steyer, Don Sussman et al.?

It's not truth. You can't make an equivalency between election donations and government handouts. It's weak sauce, brah.

It's taking money with no return. Isn't that a handout.

They do get a return. They are willingly giving their money to a person or cause they believe in. And sadly, they if they donate enough they actually get sway over the candidate.
