Will deleting an app off iPad affect iPhone?

i have my new iPad synced with my iPhone when I set it up via icloud transfer. If I delete an app on my iPad will it delete it off my iPhone as well since I synced the iPad off iCloud?

Because iOS and iPadOS are not identical versions of Safari.

It works that way only between iPhone. It's not the same for iPads.
