    I think so.
There's an article in CNN about how McCain's fundraising is more important that choosign a running mate.

by picking Romney, he can kill two birds with one stone because romney is worth $250M (idk if that is before or after he dropped $35M on his own campaign). now Romney is endorsing McCain.

I can imagine the vice presidential debate now...romney trying to defend himslef from obama's flipflopping attacks.

If McCain chooses Romney, he WILL loose. The only candidate who could help him is Huckabee. Perhaps there is another person who could help, but I don't see anyone.

McCain understands the politics. He will have to choose a full-throated social conservative as a running mate. Romney doesn't fit that bill and even Huckabee probably doesn't, though he's certainly closer.

Maybe Obama and McCain will join forces and run as a team. Let Fox News chew on that one for 4 years.

Err, what? Presidential candidates don't debate VP candidates normally.

A few dozen? Try 136 more delegates. Those superdelegates don't count yet. And besides, they're slowly switching from Hillary to Obama. I read 4 articles today about superdelegates who are switching to Obama (most notably John Lewis, Rep from Georgia)

Oh, and if Clinton tries some ******** with Florida & Michigan to get the nomination, Obama won't be her vice president.

Even if the superdelagates swing the nomination to Hillary Obama most likely wouldn't take vice president.

Maybe its bad of me to not have any worldly interest in the political process this time around. I am just so sick of the current lot in office that I feel like even if a janitor is elected it will be the change of pace we've needed for quite some time. I swing neither way on the political pendulum, but I am of the opinion that the Republicans need to go away for a while. I lost count at how many Republicans from this administration have gone down in flames for unsavory conduct of some sort. I just want to see a change. I think the only way the Republicans can win the White House would be to fix the election.

Is my sarcasm detector broken or are you serious?

I hope he is the VP candidate for McCain. Because this country will never vote for a Bush in a long time.
