Hi all-

A bit of a newbie question, but I need to know if my Mac Pro, with a nVidia GeForce 7300gt graphics card, can output to two monitors. I don't want the second monitor to mirror the first; I would like it to extend the first, so that each show one half of the desktop.

I'm certain this can be done, but I don't know how to set it myself

Any help would be appreciated!

My Macbook with a GMA950 can (well 1 + the built in one). Though if both screens are huge (like 30") you might have problems...

Yes, it will output to two displays.

You've got two DVI connectors, one which will support up to a 23" Cinema Display, and the other will support up to a 30" Cinema display. You could run a 30" on one, and a 15" on the other if you like, or just two 23" displays...

I thought it would :)

But, when I connect two monitors the second mirrors the first. What settings do I have to change to create one large workspace across the two screens?

Thanks.
